Sculpt Your Body Perfect

What are the benefits of strength training and lifting weights?

Oh let me count the ways.

Strength training and lifting weights help you be the best version of YOU at any age. This is not only in the way your muscles will look, but how you feel. Stronger muscles affect your mind and body too. This goes for men AND women.

Amazing Strength Training Benefits:

With weight lifting, you will sculpt your body naturally, challenge age related atrophy, and build bone density.

The more muscle you have, the more calories are burned at rest = less fat.

Like cardio, strength training reduces depression.

Stronger muscles help with sports and all activities of daily living from exercising to lifting kids and groceries.

Reduces diabetes risk by regulating blood sugar.

Decreases blood pressure.

Improves balance.

Strengthens core.

Strengthens the muscles around your joints to protect them.

Builds confidence and endurance.

Enhances posture.

Boosts mitochondria and longevity.

Clothes fit better and you look better in the right places.

And finally, you will look and feel better in a bathing suit or naked.

What people say...

Hey Amy! The running is going great.  I’ve really seen a difference after implementing Chi running.  I’ve had no back pain and relatively no soreness after each run.  Yesterday, I tackled the hills of Ballantyne (aptly called “The Soul Crusher”) and felt very happy with my performance (thanks to those 45 degree arms!)  I’m still slower than my average but I’m okay with that. Right now, my main focus is on the alignment and keeping my arms by my sides.  I’m really excited and can’t wait to continue with the progress.”
