Hey Amy! The running is going great. I’ve really seen a difference after implementing Chi running. I’ve had no back pain and relatively no soreness after each run. Yesterday, I tackled the hills of Ballantyne (aptly called “The Soul Crusher”) and felt very happy with my performance (thanks to those 45 degree arms!)
