In this 1.5 hour workshop we will cover good form, chi running principles and techniques – and do drills and some light running so you can body sense this new form. We will not do distance running in this class. The goal is for you to learn good running form and body sense it through drills and repetition before you leave class.
I will also videotape you running for your knowledge on how you move while running.
